Full Moon: Ring of FIRE!

On October 22 deep drumbeats were heard in the forest. Hoots and hollers, jangling tambourines, booming undertones from didgeridoos, and a crackling fire sent out a wild ambiance. People drew near, gathering around a flaming orange light and added to the continuous beat. Dancers slithered, jumped, shook, and crawled. They twirled around the fire, each letting the primitive rhythm take over their movements. It was a celebration of the full moon that lasted late into the crisp night.
